Wearshare's Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) explains how and when Wearshare, LLC. ("Wearshare", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares information from users of our websites, mobile applications and other online products and services (collectively, the "Services") or when users otherwise interact with us. When using any of our Services you consent to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Irrespective of which country you reside in or supply information from, you authorize Wearshare to use your information in the United States and any other country where Wearshare operates. This Policy is incorporated by reference into the Wearshare Terms of Service and subject to the provisions of the Terms of Service.
Modifications to this Policy
Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time, effective immediately upon publication. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our websites' homepages or sending you a notification). Your use of Wearshare after the later of (i) the date modifications to this Policy are posted on this site and (ii) the date such modifications are set to take effect, constitutes acceptance of the Policy, as modified, and from that time your use of Wearshare will be subject to the Policy, as modified. a. Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you create an account, use the Services to send or receive messages, create designs, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your username, password, email address, phone number, age and any other information you choose to provide.
b. Information We Collect Automatically
When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect information about you, including:
(i) Usage Information:
When you use the interactive functions of our Services to engage with other users on the Services, send messages, save designs, comment on and upload photographs and other content (the “User Materials”), we collect information about your use, including message data; including but not limited to the time, date, sender and recipient data of the messages. We also collect information about the number of messages sent and received between you and your friends and which friends you exchange messages with most frequently.
(ii) Log Information:
We log information about your use of our websites, including your browser type and language, access times, pages viewed, your IP address and the website you visited before navigating to our websites.
(iii) Device Information:
We may collect information about the computer or device you use to access our Services, including the hardware model, operating system and version, MAC address, unique device identifier, phone number, International Mobile Equipment Identity ("IMEI") and mobile network information. In addition, the Services may access your device's native phonebook and image storage applications, with your consent, to facilitate your use of certain features of the Services. Our ability to collect this data depends on your device and device settings, so please check your device settings and service provider and manufacturer policies.

With your consent, we may collect information about the location of your device to facilitate your use of certain features of our Services, and for any other purpose described in this privacy policy. If you do not want us to collect your location data, do not use a location-based feature, select the option that does not allow us to access your location when prompted by your device, or adjust your device settings.
(v) Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies:
We use various technologies to collect information, and this may include sending cookies to you. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory that help us to improve our Services and your experience, see which areas and features of our Services are popular and count visits. We may also collect information using web beacons (also known as "tracking pixels").
c. Information We Collect From Other Sources
We may receive and store information about you that is publicly available or that we receive from third-parties. By registering to use our Services, you provide and grant us access to Personal Information. In order to access the Services, you might link your Instagram account, Facebook account, or any other Third-Party Service to Wearshare. Wearshare then obtains Personal Information such as your name and your contacts’ names, but the information we obtain is limited by you and your contacts’ privacy setting on those services. Please check your privacy settings with these and any other Third-Party Service with which you may link your account. You authorize us to access and store the credentials you provide and all data or information of any kind we obtain including, for example, your name, email address(es), date of birth, gender, current city, and profile picture URL, Likes, as well as your friend list, following list, or contact list, and any Personal Information therein.
Information obtained from other sources might be combined with information we collect through our Services.
We use the information we collect to provide our products to you and make them better, develop new products, and protect Wearshare and our users.
In addition to some of the specific uses of information we describe in this Privacy Policy, we may use information that we receive to:
(i) Provide, maintain and improve, test, and monitor our Services;
(ii) Develop and test new products and features;
(iii) Monitor and analyze metrics, usage and activities in connection with our Services, such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns;
(iv) Diagnose or fix technology problems;
(v) Automatically update the Wearshare application on your device;
(vi) Help you efficiently access your information after you sign in and remember information so you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Service;
(vii) Allow you to use of our features, such as importing photo streams, creating products, sharing with friends, tagging, location check-ins, messaging, and other activities;
(viii) Provide and deliver the products and services you request, process transactions and send you related information;
(ix) Suggesting designs or images that you might like. For example, if you’ve indicated that you’re interested in a particular artist or brand;
(x) Help your friends and contacts find you on Wearshare. For example, if you sign up using a Third-Party Service like Facebook, we may help your Facebook friends find your account on Wearshare when they first sign up for Wearshare. Or, we may allow people to search for your account on Wearshare using your email address.
(xi) Generate compelling public messages to share from our social media outlets, image and videos content.
(xii) Personalize and improve the Services and provide advertisements, content or features that match user profiles or interests;
(xiii) Send you activity and technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages;
(xiv) Communicate with you about products, services, offers, promotions, newsletters, marketing materials, rewards, and events offered by Wearshare and others, and provide news and information we think will be of interest to you;
(xv) Respond to messsages from you; your questions, comments, issues and requests and provide customer service;
(xvi) Link or combine with information we get from others to help understand your needs and provide you with better service;
(xvii) Detect, investigate and/or prevent fraudulent, unauthorized or illegal activity;
(xviii) maintain a record of our dealings with you;
(xix) for other administrative purposes;
(xx) and Carry out any other purpose for which the information was collected.
The information we collect may be “personally identifiable” (meaning it can be used to specifically identify you as a unique person) or “non-personally identifiable” (meaning it can’t be used to specifically identify you). We use both types of information, and combinations of both types, as described above.
Wearshare is based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using the Services or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the U.S. and other countries.
a. Children Under 13
We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from children under the age of thirteen without obtaining parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13 on our Services, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. The Services may contain links to other Web sites, products, or services that we do not own or operate. If you choose to visit or use any Third-Party Sites or products or services available on or through such Third-Party Sites, please be aware that this Policy will not apply to your activities or any information you disclose while using those Third-Party Sites or any products or services available on or through such Third-Party Sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these Third-Party Sites or any products or services on or through them.
c. International Users
Our servers and data centers are located in the United States. If you choose to use the Services from outside the U.S., then you should know that you are transferring your Personal Information outside of your region and into the U.S. for storage and processing. By providing your Personal Information to us through your use of the Service, you agree to that transfer, storage, and processing in the U.S. Also, we may transfer your data from the U.S. to other countries or regions in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating the Services. You should know that each region can have its own privacy and data security laws, some of which may be less stringent as compared to those of your own region.
d. Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Please be aware, however, that no data security measures can be guaranteed to be completely effective. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you provide to us. You transmit information to us at your own risk. Please be mindful of what you post, because it may become publicly available.
Protect Your Information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password (if applicable), restricting access to your computer or device, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
e. Your Choices
Wearshare receives some Personal Information from Third-Party Services you link to your account, such as Instagram and Facebook, and devices from which you access Wearshare. Thus, in some cases you may control the Personal Information they share with Wearshare by adjusting your account or device settings. For instance, your mobile device may offer choice on whether it shares location data with Wearshare. You are responsible for the information you choose to share.
If you delete the Wearshare mobile application from your mobile device, or delete your account from our system, we will retain your Personal Information in order to satisfy our legal obligations, or where we reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so.
